The terms that govern using techorts.com — please read them before creating an account or making a purchase.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Techorts ("Techorts," "we," "us") governing your use of techorts.com and everything Techorts offers through it: paid learning tracks, digital resources, 1:1 mentorship sessions, and live workshops (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, booking a session, reserving a workshop seat, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you're using Techorts on behalf of an employer or another organization, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Techorts. If you're between 13 and 18, you may use Techorts only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Some parts of Techorts — enrolling in a learning track, tracking your progress, booking sessions — require an account, created with your mobile number or email and verified by one-time password. You're responsible for:

Techorts sells the following, each described in full on its own page before you pay:
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) at the time of purchase and may change at any time going forward — a price change never affects something you've already paid for.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Techorts never sees or stores your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — Razorpay handles that directly. A purchase is only confirmed once Razorpay verifies the payment; if verification fails after money leaves your account, it's reversed automatically by your bank or UPI app, typically within 5–7 business days.
Our full policy on refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling — including the ways it differs by what you've purchased — is in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Where a coupon code is applied at checkout, the discount is calculated and enforced entirely on our servers — the price you see at the final payment step is the price you pay.
Once you've purchased a track, its materials are for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not download, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or otherwise make available any course material, video, document, or certificate outside your own use. Materials are streamed through an authenticated viewer rather than provided as downloadable files, and are watermarked with your name and the time you viewed them — this is a genuine access control, not a formality, and violating it may result in your account being suspended without a refund.
Stages within a track unlock sequentially as you complete the one before it — this is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the interface.
1:1 sessions and workshops happen at a specific scheduled time over video call. Being on time is your responsibility — entry may be restricted after a session has started, consistent with the specific booking terms shown to you at the time. Workshop seat reservations carry their own additional terms (recording policy, single-device access, late-entry cutoff) shown and accepted separately at the time of booking — see Section 11.
Coupon codes, where offered, are subject to their own expiry date, usage limit, and eligibility, all shown when you apply one at checkout. Techorts may end, modify, or restrict any coupon or promotion at any time without notice; this never affects a purchase you've already completed.

We'll send account, booking, and payment-related messages by email, and by WhatsApp where you've given consent for it. These are transactional messages tied to something you did (a booking, a payment, a stage unlocking) — not unsolicited marketing.
Live workshop reservations are governed by a dedicated set of terms — covering payment finality, no rescheduling, the session recording policy, and single-device access — shown in full and requiring your explicit agreement at the time you book a workshop seat. Those terms apply in addition to, and take precedence over, this Section for anything specific to a workshop booking.
Techorts provides mentorship, structured content, and live guidance in good faith, based on current industry practice — we don't guarantee a specific job outcome, salary, or interview result from completing a track or session. The Services are provided "as is"; we work to keep them available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techorts' total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific purchase the claim relates to. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or opportunities.
You can stop using Techorts at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these Terms — including sharing access, attempting to bypass content protections, or abusive behavior toward staff or other students — without a refund for the violation itself, and separately from your rights under the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the underlying purchase.
We may update these Terms as Techorts' offerings evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version, and continuing to use Techorts after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
